Thank you for entering your club/team for this year’s Coalville RFC Mini Festival. Below is some information about the event. Please could you share it with your team managers and coaches:
- Schedule- U6, U7 and U8 games will start at 10.00am and end at about 12pm. U9, U10, U11 and U12 games will start at 10.30am and end at about 1-2pm.
- There will be a coach/manager meeting for U7/8 at 9.45am and U9-U12 at 10.15am at the control cabin.
- We won’t be collecting and checking registration cards/team lists.
- Parking- we’re expecting to be able to park cars on the grass so we’ll be able to accommodate all cars at the club. However, please car share if you can to help us and save yourself a little money.
- Admission will be £3 per car. Pedestrians will be £1 each. You’ll be given a programme on entry and managers/coaches will be given a playing schedule (these will be printed late Saturday night as there are always teams that pull out on the Saturday).
- Squad sizes are unlimited.
- Food and refreshments will be available throughout the day.
- The club has a non-smoking policy for pitchside.
- Dogs are allowed pitchside and in the clubhouse.
- There will be a first aid coordinator but teams are reminded that they should have a qualified first aider.
- Photography- there will be no official photographers but anyone wanting to take photos please register first in the control cabin.
