This Wednesday see's the start of the pre season fitness for players in the current U14 and 15 (school years 9 and 10). It will commence at 18:30 to 20:00. The session will comprise of 30 min fitness session followed by touch rugby. It is recommended that you wear trainers or molded boots and bring plenty of water. The sessions will be general fitness leading to positional core skills throughout the summer. This prepare the players for the forth coming season. New players welcome to attend.
