Coalville held their first pre season family fun day on Saturday. An early start didn’t deter 30+ seniors, colts and ladies who met for some fitness at Beacon Hill Country park. After a squad breakfast Director of Rugby, Ben Toft, led a classroom session. This theory was then put into practices on the training field, with the club trying to implement the same structures throughout all teams. New forwards coach Gareth Turner the led his first session as a member of the Coalville coaching team, working on skills and fitness.

The afternoon was then enjoyed buy all members, with mini junior teams coming down to train.
