Gutsy performance at earns a bonus point.

Five tries from a depleted Coalville showed their strength in depth at the weekend although conceding 50 points to champions elect Olney, they pushed the hosts all the way and could have caused a major upset with a full squad to choose from with five regulars missing and several players carrying injuries.
The Memorial ground side set off at a furious pace as Jordan Gadsby just failed to touch down after a clever kick through by Joe Moretta. The home team weathered the storm though and came more into the game and on 12 mins scored in the corner.Coalville hit back straight from the restart,Will Keeling in under the posts,Blackburn added the extra's.A stalemate ensued for the next 10 mins as both teams cancelled each other out.Olney showed why they top the table as they burst into life running in three tries in 15 mins for a 24-7 lead,Coalvilles injury list grew as Shane Upton-Burton limped off to be replaced by Wes Syed.On the stroke of half time Gadsby out paced the Olney defence down the blindside to dot down.Half time 24-12.
One change for Coalville, Alex Collins on for Jake Moretta for the second half.Even stevens for ten minutes until Olney scored a converted try on 47 mins to seal the game or so they thought but never say die Coalville came back with a bang as Liam Nelson went on a 70 metre run from his own half, being stopped just short,on hand though was Joe Rumming to crash over the whitewash.Five minutes later a maul some twenty metre's out had the Coalville forwards on the march towards the Olney line and Rumming the one to claim the score. All Coalville now with Olney on the back foot defending desperately to keep them out.The pendulum then swung in favour of the hosts as Coalville received a yellow card on 61 minutes and a minute later Olney put paid to the comeback with a converted try quickly followed by another try. With eight minutes left Ollie James, on for Tom Richards got Coalville's fifth try converted by Syed.Olney finished off the match with the final try to secure a 50 -29 victory and probably the title too.
Coalville entertain St Ives(Midlands) this saturday in their last game of the season all welcome.
