Nuneaton old Ed's 27 v Coalville 68

Coalville returned to winning ways on saturday with a comprehensive victory over nuneaton old ed's , running in ten tries with skipper Micheal Richmond leading the way with a hat~trick & landing a conversion too.
Things looked grim for the visitors after only 2 minutes on the clock when S. Brown bundled his way through to score in the cornerto give the home side the lead. However the lead didnt last long as after a fabulous backs move Richmond finished off in the corner to even the scores, not to be outshon by his skipper , Adam White waltzed past nuneatons defence to score under the posts, Richmond duly converted , Sam Blackburn added a penalty. Richmond put coalville further ahead with another classic try before nuneaton struck back with a penalty by C.Quick, amove started in his own half by Daz Smith ( the devestater) ended with White crossing for his econd try , converted by Blackburn.
Coalville were reduced to 14 when Jamie Grant was yellow carded and nuneaton profitted with a try by Peacock and converted by Quick.
Richmond completed his hat trick by way of a remarkable piece of play from under Coalvilles posts , Ben Argyle elected to run the ball through the coalville backs in a sweeping move for the score, Blackburn added the extra points with half time approaching , nuneaton found themselves in the visitors 22 by virtue of the oficials generosity and after some power play by their forwards Culcanovitch scored under the posts , Quick added the conversion half time 34/22.

Blackburn slotted over a penalty for Coalville as Wallace was replaced by Stuart Tang due to injury , with this adjustment in the visitors ranks Nuneaton hit back with a unconverted try by Pearman. Tom Jarram was Coalvilles second player to get yellow carded but this spurred Coalville front 5 of Ash Lynds, Nathan Sawbridge, Chris Flanagan, Matt Chamberlain, Jamie Grant to greater things as their forward play completely out classed their counterparts.
Matt Twigg scored one of his trademark tries from a tap penalty in his own half racing through leaving everyone in his wake. Blackburn added the extra points. This try was sandwiched between two great solo tries from Billy Measures one which was converted again by Blackburn.
Aaron Partridge replaced Measures at this point as Daniel Hannah came on for Grant .
Miles Griffin added two tries just before the end , Blackburn converted one off these.
