i started playing rugby when I was 14 and my first initial thought was I am not getting dirty in all that mud, but turns out I loved it! It was just about getting dirty, it was learning how to work as a team, gaining new skills and being part of a new family that will be with me for life! Being part of a rugby team is a great way to keep fit, have fun and push yourself to limits you didn't know you could get past. This is my 16th year of rugby, and I enjoy it just as much now as I did when I started I'm just not as fit!!
